Appointments & Scheduling
You can schedule appointments in three convenient ways: call us
at 877-396-3341, use our online appointment booking system
through our website, or visit our facility in person. We
recommend calling for urgent matters or if you need a same-day
appointment.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment
cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to other
patients who may need care. Late cancellations or no-shows may
result in a cancellation fee to help cover administrative costs.
While we prefer scheduled appointments to ensure you receive
timely care, we do accept walk-in patients based on
availability. Walk-in patients are seen on a first-come,
first-served basis after scheduled appointments. Wait times may
vary depending on the day and current patient volume.
For routine visits and annual exams, we recommend scheduling 2-4
weeks in advance. Specialist consultations may require longer
lead times. For urgent but non-emergency situations, we often
have same-day or next-day availability. Emergency cases are
always accommodated immediately.

Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna,
UnitedHealthcare, and many others. Please contact our office
with your specific insurance information to verify coverage. We

(Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Payment is
expected at the time of service for copayments, deductibles, and
services not covered by insurance. We also offer flexible
